1 Corinthians 2: 1-2
And I, bretheren, when I came unto you,
came not with excellency of speech or wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you,
save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.

"Spitpolish was started to create a bond between a group of friends who found each other under the most unusual circumstances. For some of us, including myself, we found ourselves at probably the lowest points of our lives. The friendships that developed so quickly provided us with a supportive family, now inseperable. Spitpolish isn't just a band, its a group of friends; outside of the band there are many Spitpolish members which we refeer to as "The Crew". Although we're facing hard times right now, I learn never to lose sight of Jesus, the one who brought us together. He alone is who we want to be known for. Our music exists to provide an outlet for the frustrations of life and direct the hearts of our listeners to Jesus. Let us be known as who we are, everyone of us is a light and a friend and a guide to a dieing world."
